Delivery FAQs
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock items can be delivered within 3-7 working days. For made-to-order items, delivery typically takes 4-8 weeks. We'll confirm the estimated delivery time at the point of purchase.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes! We offer Saturday delivery at no extra charge for local deliveries. Sunday delivery may be available on request.
Will you take away my old furniture?
We can arrange old furniture removal for a small fee. Please let us know at the time of purchase so we can organise this with your delivery.
What if I'm not home on the delivery day?
We'll contact you the morning of delivery with a time window. If you need to reschedule, just give us a call at least 24 hours before your delivery slot.
Do you assemble the furniture?
Many items come fully assembled or require minimal assembly. For flat-pack items, we offer an assembly service for an additional fee. Ask in-store for details.
Can I collect from your Romford store?
